A solid body-part-targeted workout that comes with a special “Reformer.” The resistance tubing’s unique four-loop design offers maximum versatility. Some routines use all the loops to work your arms and legs at the same time. Other exercises utilize just two loops (or optionally, they double up the loops to increase the total resistance). The Reformer also helps maintain proper alignment by keeping your limbs under control.
